• Implemented GLPI as a service system and electronic medical records (rebuilt from scratch to meet FisioPETI's requirements and compliance for medical insurance clients like Bradesco, SulAmérica, among others).
• Implemented VPN to connect 8 branches for maximum data security.
• Integrated GLPI with WhatsApp so FisioPETI clients (parents of autistic children) could have better contact with the team, sharing real-time photos and videos of the children.

Remote Desktop

• From any terminal, employees can work normally without worrying about document loss and with total security for the company. It was monitored with various security restrictions to ensure no documents left the remote environment.

Implementation of GLPI-based Service System

• Every patient had a paper record, leading to lost information, wasted time searching, and printing costs. The system was implemented to end this. Employees updated the electronic record with photos, videos, and audio, creating a detailed history for each patient.
• At the same time, parents accessed and updated this information. This made the service more human and much more assertive.
• Health insurance clients have autonomy to audit any information, and the log system ensures the veracity of the information.
• Other features: integration with WhatsApp and email; direct registration form in the record; quickly updated employee calendar; screens with real-time updated reports for decision-making by directors and unit managers.

Firewall with Various Features

• Implementation of DNS Proxy, Web Proxy, Site-to-Site VPN (for monitoring internal network assets and transparent access to servers) and Site-to-Client VPN (for accessing servers outside the unit).

Monitoring with Zabbix and Grafana

• Aiming for service transparency, monitoring was implemented with Zabbix and Grafana. A screen was made available to the company so they could see every aspect of the servers and unit in real-time.
• Results: Demonstration of the importance of UPS, redundant links, and greater investment in IT.

Network Infrastructure

• Access terminals using Wi-Fi had their APs replaced with enterprise-grade equipment.
• Results: Ability to monitor and identify bottlenecks, add roaming, add extra security with RADIUS authentication on Wi-Fi (eliminating unauthorized network and internet access), and advertising for guests on Wi-Fi access.
• Implementation of managed Switches and VLANs to separate guest access and log their actions, complying with LGPD.
